You shall make them of pure gold. 30.   "And you shall set the showbread on the table before Me always. 31.   "You shall also make a lampstand of pure gold; the lampstand shall be of hammered work. Its shaft, its branches, its bowls, its ornamental knobs, and flowers shall be of one piece . 32.   "And six branches shall come out of its sides: three branches of the lampstand out of one side, and three branches of the lampstand out of the other side. 33.   "Three bowls shall be made like almond blossoms on one branch, with an ornamental knob and a flower, and three bowls made like almond blossoms on the other branch, with an ornamental knob and a flower––and so for the six branches that come out of the lampstand. 34.   "On the lampstand itself four bowls shall be made like almond blossoms, each with its ornamental knob and flower. 35.   "And there shall be a knob under the first two branches of the same, a knob under the second two branches of the same, and a knob under the third two branches of the same, according to the six branches that extend from the lampstand. 36.   "Their knobs and their branches shall be of one piece ; all of it shall be one hammered piece of pure gold. 37.   "You shall make seven lamps for it, and they shall arrange its lamps so that they give light in front of it. 38.   "And its wick–trimmers and their trays shall be of pure gold. 39.   "It shall be made of a talent of pure gold, with all these utensils. 40.   "And see to it that you make them according to the pattern which was shown you on the mountain.

1.   << A Psalm of David.>> Vindicate me, O LORD, For I have walked in my integrity. I have also trusted in the LORD; I shall not slip. 2.   Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; Try my mind and my heart. 3.   For Your lovingkindness is before my eyes, And I have walked in Your truth. 4.   I have not sat with idolatrous mortals, Nor will I go in with hypocrites. 5.   I have hated the assembly of evildoers, And will not sit with the wicked. 6.   I will wash my hands in innocence; So I will go about Your altar, O LORD, 7.   That I may proclaim with the voice of thanksgiving, And tell of all Your wondrous works. 8.   LORD, I have loved the habitation of Your house, And the place where Your glory dwells. 9.   Do not gather my soul with sinners, Nor my life with bloodthirsty men, 10.   In whose hands is a sinister scheme, And whose right hand is full of bribes. 11.   But as for me, I will walk in my integrity; Redeem me and be merciful to me. 12.   My foot stands in an even place; In the congregations I will bless the LORD.

MZM 27

1.   << A Psalm of David.>> The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? 2.   When the wicked came against me To eat up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell. 3.   Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war should rise against me, In this I will be confident. 4.   One thing I have desired of the LORD, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, And to inquire in His temple. 5.   For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock. 6.   And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me; Therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the LORD. 7.   Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice! Have mercy also upon me, and answer me. 8.   When You said , "Seek My face," My heart said to You, "Your face, LORD, I will seek." 9.   Do not hide Your face from me; Do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help; Do not leave me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation. 10.   When my father and my mother forsake me, Then the LORD will take care of me. 11.   Teach me Your way, O LORD, And lead me in a smooth path, because of my enemies. 12.   Do not deliver me to the will of my adversaries; For false witnesses have risen against me, And such as breathe out violence. 13.   I would have lost heart , unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the LORD In the land of the living. 14.   Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD!

KIS 9 20-43

20.   Immediately he preached the Christ in the synagogues, that He is the Son of God. 21.   Then all who heard were amazed, and said, "Is this not he who destroyed those who called on this name in Jerusalem, and has come here for that purpose, so that he might bring them bound to the chief priests?" 22.   But Saul increased all the more in strength, and confounded the Jews who dwelt in Damascus, proving that this Jesus is the Christ. 23.   Now after many days were past, the Jews plotted to kill him. 24.   But their plot became known to Saul. And they watched the gates day and night, to kill him. 25.   Then the disciples took him by night and let him down through the wall in a large basket. 26.   And when Saul had come to Jerusalem, he tried to join the disciples; but they were all afraid of him, and did not believe that he was a disciple. 27.   But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles. And he declared to them how he had seen the Lord on the road, and that He had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus. 28.   So he was with them at Jerusalem, coming in and going out. 29.   And he spoke boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus and disputed against the Hellenists, but they attempted to kill him. 30.   When the brethren found out, they brought him down to Caesarea and sent him out to Tarsus. 31.   Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied. 32.   Now it came to pass, as Peter went through all parts of the country , that he also came down to the saints who dwelt in Lydda. 33.   There he found a certain man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden eight years and was paralyzed. 34.   And Peter said to him, "Aeneas, Jesus the Christ heals you. Arise and make your bed." Then he arose immediately. 35.   So all who dwelt at Lydda and Sharon saw him and turned to the Lord. 36.   At Joppa there was a certain disciple named Tabitha, which is translated Dorcas. This woman was full of good works and charitable deeds which she did. 37.   But it happened in those days that she became sick and died. When they had washed her, they laid her in an upper room. 38.   And since Lydda was near Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent two men to him, imploring him not to delay in coming to them. 39.   Then Peter arose and went with them. When he had come, they brought him to the upper room. And all the widows stood by him weeping, showing the tunics and garments which Dorcas had made while she was with them. 40.   But Peter put them all out, and knelt down and prayed. And turning to the body he said, "Tabitha, arise." And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up. 41.   Then he gave her his hand and lifted her up; and when he had called the saints and widows, he presented her alive. 42.   And it became known throughout all Joppa, and many believed on the Lord. 43.   So it was that he stayed many days in Joppa with Simon, a tanner.
