1.   He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2.   I will say of the LORD, " He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust." 3.   Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence. 4.   He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. 5.   You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, 6.   Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. 7.   A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you. 8.   Only with your eyes shall you look, And see the reward of the wicked. 9.   Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, 10.   No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; 11.   For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways. 12.   In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone. 13.   You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot. 14.   "Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. 15.   He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. 16.   With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation."

1.   <> It is good to give thanks to the LORD, And to sing praises to Your name, O Most High; 0.   2To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning, And Your faithfulness every night, 3.   On an instrument of ten strings, On the lute, And on the harp, With harmonious sound. 4.   For You, LORD, have made me glad through Your work; I will triumph in the works of Your hands. 5.   O LORD, how great are Your works! Your thoughts are very deep. 6.   A senseless man does not know, Nor does a fool understand this. 7.   When the wicked spring up like grass, And when all the workers of iniquity flourish, It is that they may be destroyed forever. 8.   But You, LORD, are on high forevermore. 9.   For behold, Your enemies, O LORD, For behold, Your enemies shall perish; All the workers of iniquity shall be scattered. 10.   But my horn You have exalted like a wild ox; I have been anointed with fresh oil. 11.   My eye also has seen my desire on my enemies; My ears hear my desire on the wicked Who rise up against me. 12.   The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. 13.   Those who are planted in the house of the LORD Shall flourish in the courts of our God. 14.   They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing, 15.   To declare that the LORD is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.

1.   The LORD reigns, He is clothed with majesty; The LORD is clothed, He has girded Himself with strength. Surely the world is established, so that it cannot be moved. 2.   Your throne is established from of old; You are from everlasting. 3.   The floods have lifted up, O LORD, The floods have lifted up their voice; The floods lift up their waves. 4.   The LORD on high is mightier Than the noise of many waters, Than the mighty waves of the sea. 5.   Your testimonies are very sure; Holiness adorns Your house, O LORD, forever.

1.   So it was, as the multitude pressed about Him to hear the word of God, that He stood by the Lake of Gennesaret, 2.   and saw two boats standing by the lake; but the fishermen had gone from them and were washing their nets. 3.   Then He got into one of the boats, which was Simon’s, and asked him to put out a little from the land. And He sat down and taught the multitudes from the boat. 4.   When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, "Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch." 5.   But Simon answered and said to Him, "Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net." 6.   And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking. 7.   So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink. 8.   When Simon Peter saw it , he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, "Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord!" 9.   For he and all who were with him were astonished at the catch of fish which they had taken; 10.   and so also were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, "Do not be afraid. From now on you will catch men." 11.   So when they had brought their boats to land, they forsook all and followed Him. 12.   And it happened when He was in a certain city, that behold, a man who was full of leprosy saw Jesus; and he fell on his face and implored Him, saying, "Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean." 13.   Then He put out His hand and touched him, saying, "I am willing; be cleansed." Immediately the leprosy left him. 14.   And He charged him to tell no one, "But go and show yourself to the priest, and make an offering for your cleansing, as a testimony to them, just as Moses commanded." 15.   However, the report went around concerning Him all the more; and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by Him of their infirmities. 16.   So He Himself often withdrew into the wilderness and prayed.
